How can I apply? Do I send you my resume?

We accept applications via our online form. You can also send us your resume to info@pioneercustomersolutions.com and we will reach out to you if you qualify.

Will I be hired as an employee?

No,you will be servicing as a self-employed sub-contractor.

How do I qualify?

By successfully completing the steps under getting started including the Arise and client specific assessments.

How long before I can start servicing a client program?

Once you successfully complete a client certification course, you will be able to service right away. Client courses are usually 4 weeks in length.

What clients do you have?

We offer several clients that offer inbound customer service positions, but they keep on changing throughout the year. It is best to check your portal for the current opportunities available.

What happens if I fail the Arise Voice Assessment?

Please reach out to us, we will be able to get the Voice assessment reset once. If you fail again, you will have to wait 90 days before you can retake it.

What happens if I pass all the requirements except the client assessments?

If by any chance you fail the client assessments, you will have to wait for the next class to become available and apply again.

How much can I make per month?

This depends on the client you service and the number of hours you will be servicing.For details on hourly rates, please go to the Client opportunity page.

How do I get paid?

We send your revenue every 2 weeks through direct deposit to your bank account on the 10th and 25th of each month.

How much does training cost? Who will bear the cost?

Different client opportunities have different course costs. Usually this can be anywhere from CAD $20-$100. If you join our IB, we provide vouchers for our agents, so you do not have to worry about the cost of the training course.

Is the training paid?

No, the training is not paid as everything will be done online from your home, however once you successfully complete the course you will be able to select hours and service right away!

Is there a fee associated with this work from home?

A service fee is a charge that the business deducts to help offset the cost of the CSPs servicing under their business as sub-contractors. Pioneer Customer Solution's service fee covers all the administrative services, marketing, banking services, internal team cost, virtual assistance and platforms provided to enable the overall success of our agents. Please contact us for our current service charge.
